What struck me the most during the event was the absence of posturing and ego among these successful creators.
They exuded a genuine confidence in their abilities without feeling the need to prove themselves or dominate conversations.
They understood that true greatness doesn't require constant validation or comparison.
They prioritize listening and observing, realizing that there's always more to learn.
As someone who may have felt the need to prove myself in the presence of these larger creators, I realized the importance of embracing confidence without letting ego take over.
It's a reminder to stay humble, listen more, and prioritize learning from those who have achieved great things.
