Discipline Part 7 - Develop A Daily Discipline | Ep. 103
In this last video on building unbreakable discipline, the rubber is going to hit the road. This final lesson is really going to help you develop discipline on an ongoing basis.
Building discipline is like building a muscle, it needs to be exercised in order for it to grow. The more we practice, the better we become at it. And this requires involving ourselves in situations where we need to flex that discipline muscle.
Now, because you’re building this muscle still, you don’t want to over do it, right out of the gate. It’s the same principle as the gym.
If it’s been a while since you’ve hit the gym, you don’t want to try and lift a ton of weights, only because you have a new source of energy and motivation. You’ll pull that muscle.
The same goes for discipline. Start small. Daily, small exercises of your motivation will serve you much better than trying this process for the first time on something big.
